Uniform Standards

* This policy is to be strictly enforced and followed
Makeup, Jewelry, & Hair
  • Students Must have regular haircuts. No designs or layered haircuts will be allowed. 
  • Students must also have their natural hair color. No bleaching or “off” colors are allowed. 
  • Length of hair for boys should be a consideration. 
  • No jewelry is permitted.
  • No makeup is permitted, including nail polish and lip gloss. 
  • Fingernails must be trimmed and clean. 
Shoes
  • All students must wear white, navy, or black socks and closed-toes shoes (no sandals/slippers).
  • During winter, boots can be worn but switched out at the door. 
Clothing - Girls
  • Students Must have regular haircuts. No designs or layered haircuts will be allowed. 
  • Long sleeve white or navy, collared shirt. Girls K-3 can wear short sleeves or a plain navy or white sweater. 
  • Navy uniform pants with jumper covering where pants/shirt meet. Girls K-3 can wear a navy jumper with white leggings instead of pants. 
  • White or navy 2-piece hijab. 
  • Girls 5th grade + must wear a jumper or jilbab over their shirts/pants to cover midsection. 
  • Girls 5th grade + must bring a t-shirt and pair of pants with sneakers for Gym class (hijab not required for Gym, as it’s not coed). 
Clothing - Boys
  • Long or short sleeve navy or white shirt. 
  • Navy uniform pants
  • Shoes must be worn in the Gymnasium.
  • Boys 5th and up can wear shorts + t-shirt for Gym.
